Sue Kintzinger, Broker/Realtor
Sue has built her business on effective listening skills and responsiveness to both buyer’s and seller’s needs. A 28+ year career working full-time in the real estate industry gives Sue the valuable perspective required when marketing, negotiating and closing sales. While working on all area lakes, Sue’s expertise is Round Lake and currently serves as a Board Member on the Round Lake Property Owners Association.
Sue and her family have owned Round Lake property since 1985. For several years, they spent vacations and weekends commuting from the Twin Cities until making Round Lake their primary home in 1998.
