Tim Gardner, Sales Associate

Tim is a graduate of UW-Eau Claire, and received his Master’s Degree from UW-Superior.  He taught school for 35 years, 33 years in Hayward.  Tim now works full time for Lakeshore/Risberg Realty.  His hobbies include Geocaching with his wife, Sue; road biking; skiing the American Birkebeiner; hunting; kayaking; and attending Badger games with his sons, Jeffrey and Kevin.

Living in the Hayward area for over 34 years, Tim knows the area well and can assist you in buying or selling property.  He can also help you if you are interested in buying a Stratford Modular home.
